DriveFluent ("the app") is a practice app for driver's license knowledge tests. This policy explains what information the app uses.
Information stored on your device
Your language, state, practice progress, test date and settings are saved only on your phone. We do not have accounts and we do not receive this information.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your payment card. We use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service, to confirm which unlocks you own. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase history and basic device information from the store. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
Reports you send
If you use "Report a translation problem," your email app opens with a message that includes the question ID and your note. We receive it only if you choose to send it, and we use it only to fix the content.
What we do not do
- We do not show ads.
- We do not sell or share your personal information.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Children
The app is meant for people preparing for a learner's permit or driver's license. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, we will update the date above.

Purchases
Unlocks are one-time purchases made through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Refund requests for App Store purchases go to Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, contact us or Google.
Free content updates
When a state changes its official driver handbook, we update that state's questions for everyone who bought the pack, at no extra cost. Refund requests for App Store or Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
